Course Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after the cancellation date will result in loss of prepaid training fee, unless substitute person is identified.
 
Attention Government Employees
NOTE: If using DD Form 1556, the following is required:
a. Credit Card: Credit Card number and exp. date must be provided with DD 1556 prior to course attendance.
b. Check: Check must be received at KNOTHE-TEC prior to course attendance.
c. Copy of: DD Form 1556 must be faxed to KNOTHE-TEC prior to course attendance.
